摘  要:冲击机构作为液压凿岩机的核心部件,其性能参数对钻孔效率、钻具寿命等有较大的影响。为了能够获得较为准确的冲击性能参数,利用自行设计和制造的冲击式液压钻孔试验台,在不同频率下对花岗岩进行冲击钻孔试验,并通过Hydrotechnik测试仪对冲击机构的输入参数进行采集、处理和分析。然后利用AMESim软件建立冲击机构的仿真模型,并将试验数据与仿真数据进行比对,数据趋势一致且吻合性较高,说明仿真模型较为真实地反映了液压凿岩机的冲击性能参数。该模型为液压凿岩机冲击机构的结构改进和冲击性能参数的评估提供了参考。As the core component of hydraulic rock drill,the performance parameters of impact mechanism have great influence on drilling efficiency and drilling tool life.In order to obtain more accurate impact performance parameters,the self-designed and manufactured impact hydraulic drilling test-bed was used to carry out impact drilling experiments on granite under different frequencies,and the input parameters of the impact mechanism were collected,processed and analyzed by the Hydrotechnik tester.Then the simulation model of the impact mechanism was established by using AMESim software,and the experimental data were compared with the simulation data.The data are highly consistent,which shows that the simulation model reflects the impact performance parameters of hydraulic rock drill more truly.The model provides reference for the structural improvement of the impact mechanism of hydraulic rock drill and the evaluation of impact performance parameters.
