摘  要:确定高黏度齿轮泵优化函数以及对应约束要求。利用MATLAB进行参数优化,优化后齿轮泵整体体积降低了23.99%,从而降低了高黏度齿轮泵的制造成本。以参数优化后的齿轮泵为基础,选择黏度为1.076 48 Pa·s的高黏度介质,并把温度、转速设为变量,模拟齿轮泵的内部流场,尤其是齿轮泵啮合处的流场。仿真结果表明:黏度越高,转速对容积效率的影响越小;温度会影响高黏度介质在齿轮泵中的分布位置和齿轮泵的容积效率。研究结果为高黏度齿轮泵在化工和食品行业中的应用提供了参考。The optimization function of high viscosity gear pump and the corresponding constraint requirements were determined.MATLAB was used to optimize the parameters,and the whole volume of the optimized gear pump was reduced by 23.99%,so the manufacturing cost of the high viscosity gear pump was reduced.Based on the optimized gear pump parameters,the high viscosity medium with viscosity value of 1.07648 Pa·s was selected,the temperature and speed were set as variables to simulate the internal flow field of the gear pump,especially the flow field at the meshing of the gear pump.The simulation results show that the higher the viscosity is,the smaller the effect of rotating speed on the volume efficiency is;the different temperature can affect the distribution of high viscosity medium in the gear pump and the volume efficiency of the gear pump.It provides reference for the application of high viscosity gear pump in chemical industry and food industry.
