医用组织胶水在学龄期患儿皮肤裂伤中使用的临床效果和满意度分析

摘　　要：目的评估急诊患儿中使用医用胶水粘合处理开放性创口的临床疗效和愈合满意度情况。方法选取儿童头面部皮肤裂伤患者82例,均为开放性单纯皮肤裂伤。根据家长意愿分为实验组58例和对照组24例,实验组清创后以α-氰基丙烯酸异丁酯医用胶粘合创口;对照组清创后采用4-0涤纶缝合针线缝合创口。比较两组创口愈合情况和愈合外观满意度。结果实验组伤口处置时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后临床总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组术后3个月观察或电话随访了解患者满意度。两组治疗后创口愈合外观满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊外科应用医用组织胶水粘合术处理头面部开放性创口,能够显著提高患者配合程度和对创口愈合外观的满意程度。【Objective】To evaluate the clinical efficacy and healing satisfaction of children with open wounds treated with tissue adhesive glue.【Methods】Eighty-two children with head or face skin laceration were selected,all of which were open and simple skin laceration.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to parents'wishes.After debridement,58 patients in experimental group were treated withα-butyl cyanoacrylate medical tissue adhesive glue.In the control group,24 cases were sutured after debridement.The wound healing and appearance satisfaction of the two groups were compared.【Results】The operation time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Wound healing was effective in all cases between the two groups,and there was no significant difference in wound healing(P>0.05).Patients'satisfaction was observed or followed up by telephone 3 months after operation in both groups.The wound healing satisfaction of experimental group was better than that of control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The application of tissue adhesive glue in the treatment of open head and face wounds in emergency surgery can significantly improve the patient's degree of cooperation and satisfaction with the appearance of wound healing.
