摘　　要：外籍飞行员劳动关系管理关系民航业高质量发展,运用平台精细化管理外籍飞行员是满足人民日益增长的出行需求、提升国际化品牌与民航国际影响力的重要途径。本文通过分析国内外籍飞行员劳动关系管理现状,基于外籍飞行员管理平台SMART设计理念与系统设计原则,提出了外籍飞行员劳动关系管理云服务技术体系与系统功能,预设了平台参与者角色,对平台应用预期效果进行了分析。研究成果将为后期外籍飞行员劳动关系管理平台的需求调研与系统研发提供参考。The labor relationship management of foreign pilots is related to the high-quality development of the civil aviation industry.Using the platform to finely manage foreign pilots is an important way to meet the increasing travel needs of the people and enhance the international brand and international influence of civil aviation.This paper analyzes the status quo of labor relationship management of domestic and foreign pilots,based on the SMART design concept and system design principles of the foreign pilot management platform,proposes the foreign pilot labor relationship management cloud service technology system and system functions,presets the role of platform participants,and applies the platform The expected effect was analyzed.The research results will provide a reference for the later demand investigation and system research and development of the foreign pilot labor relationship management platform.
