摘 要:论文对老年消费者在保健产品市场上的消费案例进行深入分析,提炼了影响消费脆弱性的六大因素,即社交隔离、健康需求、过度自信、缺乏隐私信息保密意识、认知缺陷以及贪图“免费”。最后提出应对的解决建议,以期为保护老年群体财产安全及合法权益提供参考意见,帮助老年群体平安养老。Through in-depth analysis of cases relating to elderly consumers consuming healthcare products,six key factors influencing consumption vulnerability are extracted.They are social isolation,health needs,overconfidence,lack of awareness of information security,cognitive impairment,and greedy for free goods.Finally,constructive suggestions are put forward with a view to providing references for protecting the property security and legal rights of the ageing to make them safe and sound lives.
