摘　　要：介绍用清梳联设备替代普通流程部分清花设备的创新思路,分析AMP3000V5型金属火星重物三合一探除器、JWF1102型单轴流开棉机、JWF1024-6型6仓混棉机的选型思路及应用效果。指出:用JWF1102型单轴流开棉机替代FA035A型自动混棉机、用JWF1024-6型6仓混棉机替代FA022-6型多仓混棉机,技术可行,且生产稳定、成纱断裂强度提高、节电效果显著。The innovative idea of replacing part of the equipments of common blowing process with blowing-carding unit is introduced,the selection ideas and application effects of the three-in-one of metal,spark and heavy objects diverter AMP3000V5,the single axial-flow opener JWF1102,the six-bin cotton mixer JWF1024-6 are analyzed.It is pointed out that it is technically feasible to replace the automatic mixer FA035A with the single axial-flow opener JWF1102 and the multi-bin mixer FA022-6 with the six-bin cotton mixer JWF1024-6,and the production is stable,the yarn breaking strength is improved and the power saving effect is remarkable.
