摘 要:为提高成纱质量,探讨细纱胶辊表面处理方法对成纱质量的影响,以环锭纺C 18.2 tex、集聚环锭纺CJ 9.7 tex和CJ 18.2 tex K品种为例,对采用不同的A,B涂料比例或紫外线光照时间处理的细纱胶辊进行试纺对比,寻求最佳方案。试纺表明:新胶辊应防止磨砺不均匀而造成胶辊机械波问题;环锭纺C 18.2 tex品种,宜采用涂料比例为1∶15、紫外线光照时间为90 s的表面处理方法;集聚环锭纺CJ 9.7 tex和CJ 18.2 tex K品种宜采用涂料B组分清洗、紫外线光照时间分别为120 s和90 s进行表面处理;不仅提高和稳定成纱质量,而且延长胶辊使用周期。In order to improve the yarn quality,the influence of surface treatment methods of spinning cots on yarn quality is discussed.Taking ring spinning C 18.2 tex,compact ring spinning CJ 9.7 tex and CJ 18.2 tex K as examples,the trial spinning comparison of the spinning cots treated with different A and B coating ratio or UV light time are carried out to find the best scheme.The trial spinning shows that the new cots should avoid the mechanical wave caused by uneven grinding.It is suitable to use the surface treatment method with the coating ratio of 1∶15 and the UV light time of 90 s for ring spinning C 18.2 tex,and it is suitable to use the method with component B of the coating for cleaning and the UV light time of 120 s and 90 s respectively for compact ring spinning CJ 9.7 tex and CJ 18.2 tex K.It not only improves and stabilizes the yarn quality,but also extends the service life of cots.
