摘　　要：为了提高精梳机的稳定性和可靠性以及棉网搭接质量,介绍JWF1286型精梳机的研发思路和设计特点,将齿轮传动改为连杆传动控制钳板加压和开闭合时间,采用130°精梳锡林针布进行梳理,改进吸风通道,提高清洁效率,全新设计自动退管、自动换卷、自动接头装置,提高了整机的稳定性和可靠性,以及更换棉卷时的棉网搭接质量,降低挡车工劳动强度和对熟练技术工人的需求。指出:通过优化,JWF1286型精梳机设计速度可达450 Nip/min,三自动功能成功率为90%以上;其8个棉卷同时换卷、同时接头时精梳产品与成纱质量指标均达乌斯特公报5%水平;该机可配合棉卷自动运输系统实现条并精梳联。In order to improve the stability and reliability of comber and the quality of cotton web overlapping,the research and development idea and design features of comber JWF1286 are introduced.The gear drive is changed to the connecting rod drive to control the nipper pressure and the opening-closing time,130°combed cylinder clothing is used for carding,and the improvement of air suction channel can improve the cleaning efficiency.The new design of automatic tube withdrawal,automatic tube exchange and automatic piecing device improves the stability and reliability of the whole machine and the overlapping quality of cotton web when changing the cotton lap,and reduces the labor intensity of spinners and the demand for skilled workers.Through production practice,it is pointed out that the speed of comber JWF1286 can reach 450 Nip/min through optimization design,and the success rate of three-automatic functions is more than 90%,the quality index of combed products and yarn can reach the 5%level of Uster statistics when eight cotton laps are changed and pieced at the same time.The comber is the first time to realize three-automation in production in China,it can cooperate with the automatic transportation system of cotton lap to realize draw frame and lap machine combined comber.
