摘　　要：血液相容性主要是研究材料与血液直接接触后是否引发血小板聚集、凝血及血栓形成和溶血现象等问题。通常从抗凝血性能和保持血液成分完整性两方面对材料的血液相容性进行评价。文章研究了表面引发ATRP制备血液相容性材料主要的表征手段及其研究进展。Blood compatibility is mainly to study the problems of platelet aggregation,coagulation,thrombosis and hemolysis after direct contact between materials and blood.The blood compatibility of materials is usually evaluated from two aspects:anticoagulant performance and maintaining the integrity of blood components.This paper studies the main characterization methods and research progress of SI-ATRP to prepare hemocompatibility materials.
