摘　　要：生产信息管理系统在精密化工企业的生产过程中起着关键性作用。各个生产管理人员之间明晰的分工,对每个生产流程中动态信息的及时把控,是确保正常生产、整合和改进生产结构的前提和基础。文章介绍的实时生产信息管理系统,采用了实时数据库的关键性技术,将常规的Web服务技术运用于生产调度、网络实时监控、班组考核,以及生产实时报告等生产环节中,以提升行业的管理效率,提高企业的生产水平。Production information management system plays a key role in the production process of precision chemical enterprises.Clear division of labor among production managers and timely control of dynamic information in each production process are the premise and foundation to ensure normal production,integrate and improve production structure.The real time production information management system introduced in this paper adopts the key technology of real time database,and applies the conventional web service technology to production scheduling,network real time monitoring,team assessment,production real time report and other production links,so as to improve the management efficiency of the industry and further improve the production level of enterprises.
