基于全生命周期的页岩气开发项目风险指标体系的构建

摘　　要：为分析页岩气开发项目中的风险,在全生命周期的视角下,综合已有文献,对页岩气开发项目的风险类别和风险指标进行筛选和描述,构建页岩气开发项目风险指标评价体系。结果表明,风险指标可以从经济、技术、环境、政策、社会等方面进行评估。所得结论可以有效地确定页岩气开发项目中的风险因素,为页岩气开发项目的风险预警和应对提供了参考。In order to analyze the risks in shale gas construction projects,and from the perspective of the whole life cycle,the existing literature is integrated to screen and describe the risk categories and risk indicators of shale gas construction projects,so as to build a risk index evaluation system for shale gas construction projects.The results show that risk indicators can be evaluated from the aspects of economy,technology,environment,policy and society.The conclusion can effectively determine the risk factors in shale gas construction projects and provide references for the risk warning and response of shale gas construction projects.
