摘　　要：文章以某海洋平台项目为例,介绍了海洋平台建造项目通风系统风道的采办管理,包括风道生产进度和验收过程中常见问题等,提出了详细设计和加工设计阶段、采办阶段、建造阶段的注意事项和应对措施。Taking an offshore platform project as an example,this paper introduces the procurement management of the ventilation system air duct of the offshore platform construction project,including the air duct production progress and common problems in the acceptance process,and puts forward the precautions and countermeasures in the detail design and shop design stage,procurement stage and construction stage.
