摘 要:简要分析海洋科学研究和海洋环境保障,尤其是深海和极地等前沿科学领域和国家利益新海疆保障中存在的信息不完备和知识不确定等现实问题,阐述了相应解决思想和技术途径,着重介绍了作者团队近年来开展的部分研究工作,旨在为现实中的海洋科学研究和环境保障提供一定的参考。The frontier fields of research on deep sea and polar region are strongly associated with coastal areas and territorial seas which is great important for protection of the national interest.In the paper,we briefly discussed the scientific research on marine and protection of marine environment and elaborated relevant theoretical solutions and technological approaches to the problem of the incompleteness in information and uncertainty of knowledge existed in research on deep sea and polar region.To provide a valuable reference for marine scientific research and environmental protection,some research progresses we obtained in recent years were introduced in the review.
