龙胆泻肝汤联合地塞米松治疗老年突发性耳聋患者的效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究分析龙胆泻肝汤联合地塞米松治疗老年突发性耳聋患者的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年10月本院收治的80例老年突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与试验组(n=40)。对照组给予地塞米松治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予龙胆泻肝汤,比较两组治疗效果和治疗前后免疫指标、血液流变学指标及临床症状改善时间、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2周,两组IgA、IgM、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)均较治疗前升高,且试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组各项血液流变学指标均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组各种临床症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤联合地塞米松治疗老年突发性耳聋效果良好,可明显改善患者临床症状及血液流变学,提高患者免疫功能,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with Dexamethasone in the treatment of senile patients with sudden deafness and the effect on immune function.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,according to random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40).The control group was given Dexamethasone treatment,and the experimental group was given Longdan Xiegan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,immune indexes,hemorheology indexes,clinical symptom improvement time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).2 weeks after treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM,CD3+,CD4+in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemorheological indexes in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms in experimental group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with Dexamethasone in the treatment of senile sudden deafness has a good effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and hemorheology of patients,improve the immune function of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the therapeutic effect.
