摘　　要：中药是中医药理论指导下用于防病治病的药物。道地药材是经中医临床长期应用而优选出特定地域出产,较于其他地区的同种药材具有“质优效佳”的特点。“道地”二字承载了中医药学家的经验与探索,显著的临床疗效使道地药材备受关注,然而历代对中药“道地性”的表征多局限于产地、性状方面,具有一定的模糊性和浅表性。随着中药现代化的发展,近年来各种新技术被广泛用于评价中药材的道地性,以揭示道地性的本质和规律。本文对现代中药道地性研究中应用的新方法、新技术(DNA分子遗传标记、组织形态三维定量分析、中药化学指纹图谱和生物效价检测)进行归纳总结,以期为一套系统判别道地药材的评价模式和中药道地性研究提供参考。Chinese medicinal material is the medicine used to prevent and cure diseases under the guidance of TCM theory.Genuine medicinal materials are optimally selected after long-term clinical application,which are produced in specific regions and have the characteristics of high quality and good effect compared to those produced in other regions.The word‘geo-herbalism’bears the experience and exploration of Chinese medicine practitioners.The remarkable clinical efficacy of genuine medicinal materials has attracted more attention.However,the characterization of the‘geo-herbalism’of Chinese medicinal materials has been limited to the place of origin and traits,with certain ambiguity and superficial features.With the development of modernization of TCM,various new technologies have been widely used in recent years to evaluate the authenticity of Chinese medicinal materials,in order to reveal the essence and laws of geo-herbalism.This study summarized the new methods and technologies,such as DNA molecular genetic markers,three-dimensional quantitative analysis of tissue morphology,traditional Chinese medicine chemical fingerprints and biological potency detection,used in the authentic research of modern Chinese medicine,aiming to provide reference for a set of systematic identification and evaluation model of genuine medicinal materials.
