摘　　要：综述了安徽皖维公司开发并应用的密闭循环电石渣水回用技术、固定床合成反应器制备醋酸乙烯技术、乙酸甲酯回收精制技术、乙炔清净次钠废水回用技术、水泥余热产生蒸汽直接利用技术、RTO炉集中处理VOCs废气技术、20 kt/a的聚乙烯醇醇解生产线、高粘度聚醋酸乙烯脱单塔等技术,这些技术的应用推动并提高了国内聚乙烯醇行业的清洁化生产水平。The closed cycle calcium carbide slag water reuse technology,fixed bed synthesis reactor preparation of vinyl acetate technology,methyl acetate recovery and refining technology,acetylene purification sodium sulfite wastewater reuse technology,cement waste heat steam direct utilization technology,RTO furnace centralized treatment of VOCs waste gas technology,20 kt/a polyvinyl alcohol alcoholysis production line,etc.The technology of high viscosity polyvinyl acetate single tower promotes and improves the clean production level of domestic polyvinyl alcohol industry.
