几种新型散装填料结构性能分析及其应用

摘　　要：填料是石油化工、食品制药、环保工程中广为采用的传质和传热部件,开发流通量大,传质效率高,压降低,质量轻而且强度高的填料一直是研究的热点。介绍了套环填料、多孔双面填料、改进矩鞍环填料以及菊花型填料的结构特点,分析了这四种新型填料的性能优点,并阐述了其应用场所,为填料的选型提供了依据。Fillers are widely used in petrochemical,food,pharmaceutical,and environmental protection engineering of mass transfer and heat transfer equipment components.It is always a research hotspot to develop fillers with large flow rate,high mass transfer efficiency,low pressure,light weight and high strength.In this paper,the structural characteristics of thimble ring packing,porous double packing,improved moment saddle ring packing and chrysanthemum packing are introduced,the performance of new fillers are analyzed,and their application sites are described,which provides a basis for the selection of fillers.
