摘　　要：介绍了一个适合大学生开展的绿色有机化学实验,以离子液体[BPy]I为催化剂,TBHP为氧化剂,2-氯苯甲酸与甲苯为底物发生酯化反应合成2-氯苯甲酸苄酯。实验内容涉及回流、控温、薄层色谱监测、萃取、抽滤、色谱柱层析、旋蒸、干燥等操作技术以及核磁共振谱解析方法。实验具有原料廉价易得、反应条件温和、催化剂可循环使用、产率优秀等优点,可以培养大学生的思考能力、实践能力和分析解决问题的能力。A green organic chemistry experiment suitable for college students is introduced.Benzyl 2-chlorobenzoate was synthesized by esterification of 2-chlorobenzoic acid and toluene with ionic liquid[BPy]I as catalyst,TBHP as oxidant.The content of the experiment involves operation techniques such as reflux,temperature control,thin layer chromatography monitoring,extraction,suction filtration,chromatographic column chromatography,rotary evaporation,drying,etc.,as well as nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum analysis methods.This experiment has the characteristics of cheap and easy-to-obtain raw materials,mild reaction conditions,recyclable catalysts,and excellent yields,it can cultivate college students'thinking ability,practical ability,and analytical problem-solving ability.
