摘　　要：目的对《小儿反复呼吸道感染瘀热内结证中医诊疗专家共识》三轮问卷结果进行总结分析,制定科学、客观、实用的推荐共识。方法在文献研究基础上,采用Delphi法制定并完成三轮问卷,每轮向全国20位专家进行问卷调查,并对专家意见集中程度、协调程度及问卷信度进行评价。结果每轮收回有效问卷20份,专家积极系数均为100%,该问卷总格朗巴赫α系数为0.986,制定出《小儿反复呼吸道感染瘀热内结证中医诊疗专家共识》初稿。结论基于Delphi法能很好地总结专家经验,为制定《小儿反复呼吸道感染瘀热内结证中医诊疗专家共识》提供依据。Objective To analyze and summarize the results of three-round expert questionnaires in“Expert Consensus on TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection in Children with Blood Stasis and Heat Accumulation”;To develop a scientific,objective and practical recommendation consensus.Methods On the basis of literature research,the Delphi method was applied to this research and completed 3 rounds of questionnaires.A questionnaire survey was conducted with 20 experts across the country every round,and the concentration of expert opinions,the degree of coordination and the reliability of the questionnaire were evaluated.Results 20 valid questionnaires were collected in each round.The experts’activity index was 100%each time and the total Cronbach'sαwas 0.986.The draft of“Expert Consensus on TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection in Children with Blood Stasis and Heat Accumulation”was made.Conclusion Based on the Delphi method,the expert experience can be well summarized,which can provide basis for the formulation of“Expert Consensus on TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection in Children with Blood Stasis and Heat Accumulation”.
