摘  要:胎儿超声心动图是目前产前检出胎儿心血管结构畸形首选、无创、安全的影像学检查方法。由于胎儿先天性心脏病种类繁杂、内容抽象、不易理解和掌握,是产前超声诊断教学中的重点和难点。为使学生克服畏难退缩心理,提高学习兴趣,理解并掌握胎儿期特有的心血管解剖结构及血流动力学特点以及不同类型心血管畸形的声像图特征,培养独立分析思考能力。在教学中笔者借助多种教学模式,采用网络互动平台联合案例式教学,理论联系实际,切实有效的提高了学习能力和效果。Fetal echocardiography is the first non-invasive and safe imaging method for prenatal detection of fetal cardiovascular malformations.Because of the complexity of fetal congenital heart disease and its abstract content,it is not easy to understand and master,which is the key and difficult point in prenatal ultrasound diagnosis teaching.In order to help students overcome the fear of difficulty and retreat,improve their interest in learning,understand and master the unique cardiovascular anatomical structure and hemodynamic,as well as the sonographic characteristics of different types of cardiovascular malformations which to cultivate the ability of independent analysis and thinking.We use a variety of teaching modes,adopt network interactive platform to combine case teaching,theory with practice,effectively improve the learning ability and effect.
