新生血管性青光眼手术方法及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究新生血管性青光眼手术方法及效果。方法纳入2015年9月—2019年12月43例新生血管性青光眼患者,结合患者实际情况选择相应手术治疗,随访患者视力改善情况以及术后并发症发生率。结果患者术后6个月视力<0.02、0.02~0.10、> 0.10分别为8例(18.60%)、22例(51.16%)、13例(30.23%),视力> 0.10的情况与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);经过治疗,43例患者中有1例出现前房出血,1例出现虹膜炎,1例出现一过性低眼压,并发症发生率为7.0%。结论康柏西普注射液联合引流钉植入、睫状体冷冻治疗新生血管性青光眼,对患者视力改善作用显著,并发症少。Objective To explore the operation method and effect of neovascular glaucoma.Methods From September 2015 to December 2019,43 cases of neovascular glaucoma were included in our hospital.The corresponding surgical treatment was selected according to the actual situation of the patients.The improvement of vision and the incidence of postoperative complications were followed up.Results The visual acuity<0.02,0.02~0.10 and>0.10 at 6 months after operation were 8 cases(18.60%),22 cases(51.16%)and 13 cases(30.23%),respectively.The difference of visual acuity>0.10 was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was 1 case with anterior chamber hemorrhage,1 case with iritis,1 case with transient hypotony,and the incidence of complications was 7.0%.Conclusion Conbercept injection combined with drainage nail implantation and cryotherapy of ciliary body can significantly improve the vision of patients with neovascular glaucoma,with fewer complications.
