三黄酊治疗Ⅲ期压疮的管理方法及临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析三黄酊治疗Ⅲ期压疮管理方法及临床观察。方法选取2018年3月—2019年4月56例出现压疮的住院患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(28例)和对照组(28例)。对照组采用常规治疗措施,观察组则在对照组的基础上加入三黄酊治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、创面愈合时间以及生活质量评分的差异。结果观察组治疗有效率和生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三黄酊在压疮患者中的应用有助于缩短创面愈合时间、提高治疗效果,从而改善患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the application effect of sanhuang tincture,a traditional Chinese medicine preparation,in the treatment of stageⅢpressure ulcer.Methods 56 inpatients with pressure ulcers from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(28 cases)and control group(28 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with sanhuang tincture on the basis of the control group.The differences of clinical efficacy,wound healing time and quality of life score between the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sanhuang tincture in patients with pressure ulcers can shorten the healing time of wounds,improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
