摘 要:采用高温熔体冷却法制备了Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-CuO(SBBC)系统玻璃,利用X射线衍射仪,差示扫描量热仪,扫描电镜等,并借助Kissinger方程和Augis-Bennett方程研究SBBC系统玻璃的非等温析晶动力学和析晶热力学。结果表明:在热处理过程中玻璃产生了两种晶相:CuO和Bi_(12)SiO_(20);对应的活化能E_(P1)=50.1 kJ/mol,E_(P2)=116.4 kJ/mol;两种晶体的平均析晶指数p_(1)=3.7,p_(2)=3.2,表明所产生晶体均为体积成核,二维空间生长;其中当温度达到773.15 K时CuO晶体的析出可以自发进行,当温度达到793.15 K时Bi_(12)SiO_(20)晶体的析出可以自发进行。The Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2-CuO(SBBC) system glasses were prepared via cooing the high temperature melt. The glasses were analyzed by X ray diffractometer, differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscope. The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics and crystallization thermodynamics of glass were studied by using Kissinger equation and Augis-Bennett equation.The results showed that the glass of this component produced two main crystal phases in the process of heat treatment. There are CuO and Bi12 SiO20. The corresponding crystallizing activation energy EP1=50.1 kJ/mol and EP2=116.4 kJ/mol. The average crystal exponent of the two kinds of crystals is p1=3.7 and p2=3.2. The crystals produced are volume nucleation and grow in two-dimensional space.The precipitation of CuO crystal can be spontaneous at 773.15 K, and that of Bi12 Si O20 crystal can be spontaneous at 793.15 K.
