摘  要:针对未加稀土和添加微量稀土La的75Crl锯片用钢,采用洛氏硬度计、电子万能试验机和电子式摆锤冲击试验机测定热轧板的力学性能,采用扫描电镜观察热轧板的显微组织和断口形貌,分析稀土La对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在满足国标要求的前提下,微量稀土La减少了75Crl锯片用钢热轧板显微组织中先共析铁素体的量,细化了珠光体的片间距,改善了拉伸和室温冲击断口形貌,进而使强度、硬度提高,并使塑性和韧性得到显著改善。The Rockwell hardness tester,electronic universal testing machine and electronic pendulum impact testing machine were utilized to measure the mechanical properties of the hot-rolled plates of 75 Crl saw blade steel without and with the trace amount of rare earth La.The scanning electron microscope was used to observe the microstructure and the fracture morphologies of the hot-rolled plates.The effects of rare earth La on the microstructure and the mechanical properties were discussed.The results show that under the condition of meeting the national standard,the trace amount of La can reduce the amount of pro-eutectoid ferrite in the microstructure of 75 Crl saw blade steel hot-rolled steel,refine the interlamellar spacing of the pearlite and improve the fracture morphologies of the tensile and room-temperature impact samples.So the strength and the hardness of the hot-rolled plates of 75 Crl saw blade steel with La increase and the plasticity and the impact toughness improve greatly.
