摘 要:射流微弧氧化是一种新型表面处理工艺,可解决普通微弧氧化无法对大面积工件进行处理的问题。对射流微弧氧化技术的原理及工艺特点做了阐述。以LY12合金为研究对象,利用射流微弧氧化在其上制备了Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷膜层。喷距、射流流量和电源模式是影响射流微弧氧化工艺的3个关键因素。采用盐雾试验测试了该陶瓷层的耐腐蚀性能;采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析了陶瓷膜层的截面形貌、相分布及其组成。结果表明:当射流微弧氧化时,采用恒压模式获得的膜层耐蚀性高于恒流模式的。Jet liquid microarc oxidization is a new surface treatment method.It’s designed to address the problems which large area of workpieces are difficult to be treated by common microarc oxidization.The principle and process features of jet liquid microarc oxidization were expatiated.Taking LY12 alloy as research object,Al_(3)O_(2) ceramic film was prepared on the alloy by jet liquid microarc oxidization.The spray distance,jet flow and power mode are three key factors for affecting the jet liquid microarc oxidization process.The corrosion resistance of the ceramic coatings were investigated using salt spray experiment.The cross-sectional morphology,phase distribution and constituents of the ceramic coatings were investigated using SEM and X-ray diffractometer.The results indicate that the jet distance,the liquid jet flow and the power mode are three key factors of the jet liquid microarc oxidization.During the jet liquid microarc oxidization,the corrosion resistance of the constant-voltage mode is better than that of the constant-current mode.
