摘 要:微弧氧化是一种能在阀金属上有效制备原位生长陶瓷层的一种方法,但是其多孔的形貌和结构对于材料的表面性能产生了一定的限制。一种理想的微弧氧化陶瓷层应具有较小的孔隙率和微孔直径。为了实现这一目的,采用前处理工艺对碳化硅纳米颗粒进行了预处理,并对Ti6Al4V合金进行了微弧氧化处理,制备出了含有碳化硅颗粒的微弧氧化陶瓷层。对所制备膜层的表面形貌、成分及抗腐蚀性进行了探究;对膜层微孔尺寸的变化机理进行了分析。结果表明:纳米碳化硅经预处理后,所制备的涂层微孔直径明显减小,抗腐蚀性明显提升。The micro-arc oxidation(MAO)is an effective method to generate protective ceramic coatings on the valve metals,however,its porous morphology and structure have restrict effect on the surface property.An ideal MAO coating both requires low porosity and small diameter.To achieve the objective,the Si C nano particle was pretreated by pretreatment process,the MAO treatment on Ti6Al4V alloy was carried out and the MAO ceramic layer with Si C particles was prepared on Ti6Al4V titanium alloy.The surface morphology,composition and corrosion resistance of the prepared ceramic coatings were disussed.The change mechanism of micropore size of the film was analyzed.The results show that after the pre-treatment of nano Si C particles,the diameter of the micropore of the prepared coating decreases obviously,the anti-corrosion property improves obviously.
