摘 要:利用光学显微镜、万能试验机、导电仪等分析了TP2铜管的显微组织、力学性能和导电性,探讨了不同状态对TP2铜管性能的影响。结果表明,TP2铜管由Y态→Y2态→M态的变化过程中,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,晶粒形貌从拉长纤维状转变成为规则等轴状;材料的力学性能逐渐降低,抗拉强度从496 MPa下降到242 MPa;材料的塑性及导电率逐渐增加。同时,分析了TP2铜管在不同状态下的断裂形式,为获得综合性能好的TP2铜管提供了理论指导。The microstructure,mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of TP2 copper tube were analyzed by optical microscope,universal testing machine,electrical conductivity meter and so on,the effects of different states on the performance of TP2 copper tube were discussed.The results show that the grain size of TP2 copper tube increases gradually during the change of Y-state→Y2-state→M-state.The grain morphology transforms from elongated fibrous to regular equiaxed.The mechanical properties of the material gradually decrease,and the tensile strength decreases from 496 MPa to242 MPa.The plasticity and electrical conductivity of the material increase gradually.At the same time,the fracture form of TP2 copper tube in different states is analyzed,which provides theoretical guidance for obtaining TP2 copper tube with good comprehensive performance.
