摘 要:针对实际工程中墙体易脱落的问题,提出了一种新型的由水泥纤维板、聚氨酯发泡、玻镁板组成的夹芯板墙体复合材料,通过双面剪切试验研究了该新型材料的抗剪性能.结果表明,玻镁板与聚氨酯粘结面的剪切强度比水泥纤维板与聚氨酯粘结面的剪切强度平均大20%~30%,前者的剪切极限位移比后者平均大40%~60%,水泥纤维板、玻镁板与聚氨酯的粘结面能承受最大荷载时的平均位移分别为8.16 mm和9.18 mm.玻镁板与聚氨酯的粘结性能要好于水泥纤维板与聚氨酯的粘结性能,玻镁板可以满足聚氨酯发泡外墙剪切受力的要求.Aiming at the easy falling-off of walls in actual projects,a new sandwich panel wall composite composed of cement fiberboard,polyurethane foam and glass magnesium board was studied,and the shearing resistance of this new composite was studied through double-sided shearing test.The results show that the shearing strength of bonding surface between glass magnesium board and polyurethane is averagely 20%to 30%larger than that of bonding surface between cement fiberboard and polyurethane.Meanwhile,the shearing limit displacement of the former is averagely 40%to 60%larger than that of the latter.The average displacements of bonding surfaces of cement fiberboard and glass magnesium board relative to polyurethane when suffering the maximum load are 8.16 mm and 9.18 mm,respectively.The bonding performance between glass magnesium board and polyurethane is better than that between cement fiberboard and polyurethane.The glass magnesium board can meet the requirements for shearing force of polyurethane foamed outer wall.
