摘  要:针对复杂杂波背景中雷达动目标检测问题,提出了一种改进的滑动参差动目标显示(Moving Target Indication,MTI)滤波器优化设计方法,采用滑动脉冲方式进行MTI滤波器设计,通过将MTI滤波器的综合幅频响应的等效第一盲速凹口最浅和通带内最平坦作为约束条件,来搜索参差脉冲的最优参差码。MTI滤波器的综合幅频响应的等效第一盲速凹口尽可能的浅,可以防止陷入凹口的弱目标丢失,通过最优参差码选择,可将盲速推到3倍音速以外。该优化设计方法有利于在工程应用中快速找到优化参差比,仿真结果验证了该算法的可行性和有效性,该方法已成功应用于工程实践。Aiming at the radar detection problem of moving target under the complex clutter background,an optimization method of improved slipping stagger Moving Target Indication(MTI)filter is proposed.The MTI filter is designed by the slipping pulse.The optimal stagger code is searched based on two conditions,which can make the notch of the first equivalent blind velocity as shallow as possible,but also the comprehensive amplitude-frequency response during the pass-band is as flat as possible.The equivalent first blind velocity notch of the comprehensive amplitude-frequency response of the MTI filter should be as shallow as possible,which can prevent the weak target in the blind speed area from being lost.Through the selection of the optimal staggered code,the blind velocity can be pushed beyond three times the velocity of sound.The optimization method can help to quickly find the optimal stagger code in engineering applications.The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and validity of this algorithm.The method has been successfully used in engineering applications.
