摘　　要：右美托咪定具有良好的镇静、抗焦虑、抗应激和稳定血流动力学的作用,对呼吸系统抑制作用微弱。氯胺酮是具有确切镇痛作用的非苯巴比妥类静脉麻醉药物,具有呼吸抑制轻微、交感神经兴奋等作用。右美托咪定复合氯胺酮可提供有效的镇静、镇痛,且具有利于维持血流动力学稳定、保持自主呼吸平稳和减少精神症状的优点,已成功用于无创检查、烧伤换药、小儿麻醉、门诊手术等临床操作中。Dexmedetomidine has good sedative, anti-anxiety, anti-stress and hemodynamic stabilization effects, and has a slight degree of inhibition on the respiratory system. Ketamine, a non-phenobarbital intravenous anesthetic with definite analgesic effects in clinical application, has mild respiratory depress,excitement of sympathetic nervous system,and so on. Dexmedetomidine combined with ketamine can provide effective sedation and analgesia, and has the advantages of maintaining hemodynamic stability, slight inhibition of the respiratory system, and reduce mental symptoms. It has been successfully used for non-invasive examination, burn dressing, pediatric anesthesia, and other clinical operations.
