摘　　要：通过研究图像处理技术及PVC树脂物理性质,成功将图像处理技术应用于PVC树脂杂质分析检测方面,开发了PVC树脂杂质在线分析仪设备。该设备应用于生产取代人工检测,不仅提高了分析精度,而且缩短了检测周期。By studying the image processing technology and the physical properties of PVC resin,the image processing technology was successfully applied to the analysis and detection of PVC resin impurities,and the PVC resin impurity online analyzer was developed.The equipment is used in production instead of manual testing,which not only improves the accuracy of analysis,but also shortens the testing period.
