摘 要:针对当前的人工周期安全巡检手段存在诸多弊端,设计一种基于卫星定位的建筑塔机塔顶智能检测模型。以GPS系统双频数据为例建立单历元动态检测模型,给出利用双频相关法和直接计算法组合快速确定单历元双差整周模糊度算法流程,提出一种基于历元位置偏差的塔顶三维位移检测参数及预警参数构造方法,建立建筑塔机垂直度全圆智能检测技术。初步实验结果表明,利用智能检测模型解算获得了平面精度优于2 cm、高程精度优于4 cm的动态检测结果。从检测参数和预警参数两个角度验证了模型设计是行之有效的,可为建筑塔机抗倾翻稳定性智能检测提供一种实时算法。In view of the disadvantages of current manual periodic inspection,an intelligent inspection model for tower-top of construction tower crane based on satellite positioning was designed in this paper.Take dual-frequency data of GPS system for example,the single-epoch dynamic inspection model was built,and the algorithm flowchart of single-epoch double-difference integer ambiguity fast resolution based on DUFCOM and DC algorithms was given,and a construction method of inspection parameters and early-alarm parameters of three-dimensional displacement for tower-top based on location-deviation of epoch was presented to build the verticality intelligent inspection in rounds techniques for construction tower crane.The preliminary experimental results showed that the dynamic inspection results of the horizontal-RMS better than 2 cm and the vertical-RMS better than4 cm are carried out by the proposed intelligent inspection model in this paper.It was verified that the model design was effective from two aspects of inspection parameters and early-alarm parameters.This method could provide a real-time algorithm for intelligent inspection of anti-toppling stability for construction tower crane.
