克氏针联合Nice结在第5掌骨远段粉碎骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨克氏针联合Nice结治疗第5掌骨远段粉碎骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析自2018年3月-2020年1月,采用克氏针联合Nice结治疗13例第5掌骨远段粉碎骨折患者的临床资料,术后复查X片,观察骨折复位去失情况及愈合时间。结果:术后13例患者均获得门诊随访,时间为6-13个月,平均10.5个月。术后未出现克氏针脱落、断裂,骨不连及骨折畸形愈合等并发症。按手指关节总活动度(TAM)系统评定方法评定:优9例,良3例,可1例;优良率92.3%。结论:克氏针联合Nice结治疗第5掌骨远段粉碎骨折,操作简单方便,固定可靠,效果满意。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Kirschner wire combined with nice knot in the treatment of distal metacarpal comminuted fracture.Methods:From March 2018 to January 2020,13 patients with distal metacarpal comminuted fracture were treated with Kirschner wire and nice knot.X-ray films were reviewed after operation to observe the loss of reduction,healing time and range of joint motion.Results:All the 13 patients were followed up for 6-13 months(average 10.5 months).There were no complications such as Kirschner wire falling off,fracture,nonunion and fracture malunion.According to the finger total active motion(TAM)scales,the results were excellent in 9 eases,good in 3 eases and fair in 1 cases with an excellent and goog rate of 92.3%.Conclusion:Kirschner wire combined with nice knot is an effective method for treating for treating of distal metacarpal comminuted fracture of the fifth metacarpal bone.It has several advantages such as simple operation,reliable fixation,satisfactory results.
