引黄调水工程星石泊泵站最佳运行特性指标评价方法研究

摘　　要：在以往引黄调水工程星石泊泵站最佳运行特性指标评价中,由于无评价因子荷载矩阵,导致评价矢量低。为设计一种新型引黄调水工程星石泊泵站最佳运行特性指标评价方法,利用最小二乘法确定泵站最佳运行特性评价指标,计算泵站最佳运行特性指标评价风险值,确保计算结果符合引黄调水工程星石泊泵站最佳运行特性要求。通过构建评价因子荷载矩阵,满足数据综合性评价。通过进行泵站最佳运行特性指标评价赋值,完成泵站最佳运行特性指标评价。研究结果表明,所设计的评价方法净化效果评价矢量明显高于对照组,可实现对引黄调水工程星石泊泵站最佳运行特性指标的精准评价。In the previous evaluation of the best operation characteristics of Xingshipo pump station in the Yellow River Diversion Project,there is no evaluation factor load matrix,resulting in low evaluation vector.Therefore,this paper designs a method to evaluate the optimal operation characteristics of Xingshipo pump station in the Yellow River Diversion Project.The least square method is used to determine the evaluation index of the best operation characteristics of the pumping station;the risk value of the evaluation index of the best operation characteristics of the pumping station is calculated to ensure that the calculation results meet the requirements of the best operation characteristics of the Xingshipo pumping station in the Yellow River Diversion Project;the comprehensive evaluation of the data is satisfied by constructing the load matrix of the evaluation factor;the evaluation and assignment of the best operation characteristics index of the pumping station are carried out to complete the best operation of the pumping station evaluation of line characteristic index.The experimental results show that the evaluation vector of purification effect of the designed evaluation method is significantly higher than that of the control group,which can realize the accurate evaluation of the optimal operation characteristics of Xingshipo pump station in the Yellow River Diversion Project.
