摘 要:以黄胞胶(XG)、腐殖酸(HA)、氮(2-羟乙基)乙二胺(AEEA)、丙烯酸(AA)为主要原料,采用水溶液聚合法,制备了一种吸水抗盐性能优良、可降解的黄胞胶∕腐殖酸∕氮(2-羟乙基)乙二胺高吸水性树脂(XG-HA-AEEA),以XG-HA-AEEA对蒸馏水、0.9%NaCl溶液的吸收倍率为优化指标,采用单因素实验探讨了影响XG-HA-AEEA吸水、抗盐性能的因素;总结得出了XG-HA-AEEA合成的最佳工艺条件;采用扫描电镜(SEM)对最优条件下合成的XG-HA-AEEA进行了结构表征。结果表明XG-HA-AEEA的最佳合成条件为黄胞胶3.00 g、腐殖酸2.00 g、丙烯酸10.00 g、氮(2-羟乙基)乙二胺2.00 g、引发剂用量为0.30 g、AA中和度100%、反应温度75℃;最佳条件下合成的XG-HA-AEEA吸水倍率为1187g·g^(-1),吸盐水倍率为185 g·g^(-1);扫描电镜(SEM)结果显示XG-HA-AEEA分子内部形成了以黄原胶为骨架均匀规则的三维交联网络结构;土壤掩埋实验证明XG-HA-AEEA可在土壤中降解,应用于农林业可降低对环境的污染。In this paper,xanthan gum(XG),humic acid(HA),nitrogen(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine(AEEA)and acrylic acid(AA)were used as main raw materials to prepare a degradable xanthan gum/humic acid/nitrogen(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine superabsorbent resin(xg-ha-aeea)with excellent water absorption and salt resistance by aqueous solution polymerization.Taking the XG-HA-AEEA with distilled water and the absorption ratio of 0.9%NaCl solution as the optimal index,the factors influencing the water absorption and salt resistance of xg-ha-aeea were studied by single factor experiment,and the optimum process conditions for the synthesis of xg-ha-aeea were summarized;The structure and properties of XG-HA-AEEA were characterized by FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions of XG-HA-AEEA were as follows:2.8g xanthan gum,2.0g humic acid,10.0g acrylic acid,2.0g n(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine,0.30g initiator,100%neutralization degree of AA and 75℃.Under the optimum condition,the water absorption ratio of XG-HA-AEEA was 1187 g·g^(-1),and the water absorption ratio of XG-HA-AEEA was 185 g·g^(-1).Scanning electron microscope(SEM)results showed that the three-dimensional cross-linked network structure with xanthan gum as framework was formed in HA-AEEA.Soil burying experiment proved that XG-HA-AEEA can be degraded in soil,and were environment-friendly when applied in agriculture and forestry.
