摘　　要：设计了激光缝焊机控制系统,采用大功率固体激光器进行焊接,CNC数控系统精确控制工件运行轨迹,手套箱系统提供低水氧含量的焊接环境,由安全光栅和安全继电器组成的安全电路,满足了微波组件安全和可靠的密封焊接。A laser seam welder for electrical system is developed using high power solid laser,precise control of the trajectory of CNC system,the glove box system provides the welding environment of low water content of oxygen,safety circuit composed of safety grating and the safety relay,meet the microwave module safety reliable seal welding requirements.
