摘　　要：介绍了高性能矢量网络分析仪的工作原理,给出了定位矢量网络分析仪故障点的方法,通过3个典型维修案例讲述判断故障点的推理过程与维修故障模块的方法,可以有效提高维修人员判断矢量网络分析仪故障点的能力与修复技术,避免返厂维修造成高额的费用和漫长的维修时间。This paper introduces the working principle of high-performance vector network analyzer,gives the means of locating the trouble of the vector network analyzer,and describes the process of judging the trouble and the method of repairing the fault module through 3 typical examples,which can effectively improve the ability of maintenance personnel to judge the trouble of vector network analyzer and repair technology,and the high cost and long maintenance time caused by returning to the factory can be avoided.
