摘 要:采用不同时效制度对6008铝合金型材进行热处理,研究合金力学性能、硬度、折弯性能、压溃性能,分析不同时效制度对6008合金物理性能的影响。研究结果表明,6008铝合金峰值时效(T6)状态下,合金强度、硬度较高,但其塑性、韧性和碰撞吸能效果较低,反而强度较低的欠时效(T5)和过时效(T7)状态下,合金折弯性能和压溃性能要稍好;过时效(T7)状态下,合金屈服强度为273MPa,抗拉强度为284MPa,断后伸长率为12.5%,符合客户的性能要求,其折弯和压溃性能均比峰值时效状态下的好,压缩后为典型的叠缩形貌。The mechanical properties,hardness,bending and crushing properties of 6008 aluminum alloy profiles are studied by heat treatment with different aging systems,and the effects of different aging systems on the physical properties are analyzed.The research results show that:6008 aluminum alloy has higher strength and hardness in peak aging(T6)state,but its plasticity,toughness and impact energy absorption effects are lower.On the contrary,under-ageing(T5)and over-aging(T7)with lower strength,the bending performance and crushing performance of the alloy are slightly better.In the over-aged(T7)state,the alloy's yield strength is 273 MPa,the tensile strength is 284 MPa,and the elongation after fracture is 12.5%,which meets the customer's performance requirements.Its bending and crushing properties are better than those in the peak aging state.Well,after compression,it has a typical telescopic morphology.
