摘　　要：目的探讨碳酸钙D_(3)颗粒提高营养性佝偻病患儿骨密度的作用效果和不良反应。方法回顾性分析营养性佝偻病患儿76例临床资料,根据其治疗方案分为研究组(n=35)和对照组(n=31)。研究组采用碳酸钙D_(3)颗粒治疗,对照组采用葡萄糖酸钙维D2咀嚼片(Ⅱ)进行治疗,均连续治疗12周。比较两组治疗有效率、治疗前后的胫骨骨密度水平以及不良反应发生率等。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,治疗后的胫骨骨密度水平亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的胫骨骨密度水平均高于其治疗前(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论碳酸钙D_(3)颗粒可有效提高营养性佝偻病患儿骨密度和治疗效果,且安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effects and adverse reactions of calcium carbonate D_(3) particles in improving bone mineral density in children with nutritional rickets.Methods The clinical data of 76 children with nutritional rickets admitted were retrospectively analyzed, and the children were divided into study group(n=35) and control group(n=31) according to treatment methods.The study group was treated with calcium carbonate D_(3) particles, the control group was treated with calcium gluconate vitamin D2 chewable tablets(II),and were contiously treated for 12 weeks.The treatment effective rate, tibia bone density before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions ratebetween the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate of in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the after treatment tibia bone density level in the study group was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The after treatment tibia bone mineral density of the 2 groups were higher than those of before treatment(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions rate between the 2 groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Calcium carbonate D_(3) particles can effectively improve the bone density and therapeutic effect of children with nutritional rickets, which is safe and reliable.
