盐酸乌拉地尔对高血压危象患者的急救效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸乌拉地尔对高血压危象患者的急救效果。方法选择高血压危象患者86例,依据盲抽法将其分成观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组采用硝普钠治疗,观察组采用盐酸乌拉地尔治疗,比较两组用药后10min、30min、60min血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]及心率(HR)变化情况、用药后60min临床疗效。结果疗前,两组SBP、DBP、HR对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后10min、30min、60min,分别与用药前相比,两组SBP、DBP、HR均降低,且与同时段对照组相比,观察组更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后60min,观察组治疗总有效率(97.67%)高于对照组(76.74%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸乌拉地尔对高血压危象患者的急救效果较好,可有效改善其血压及心率水平。Objective To explore the effect of urapidil hydrochloride on patients with hypertensive crisis.Methods 86 patients with hypertensive crisis who were received were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the blind sampling method,with 43 cases each.The control group was treated with sodium nitroprusside,and the observation group was treated with urapidil hydrochloride.The changes at 10,30 and 60 minutes after using drugs in blood pressure [systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],heart rate(HR),and clinical efficacy after 60 minutes of medication were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SBP,DBP,and HR between the two groups(P>0.05);10 min,30 min,and 60 min after medication,compared with before medication,the SBP,DBP,and HR of the two groups were reduced,and compared with the control group of the same period,the observation group was lower and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);60 minutes after medication,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urapidil hydrochloride has a good first-aid effect on patients with hypertensive crisis and can effectively improve their blood pressure and heart rate levels.
