激光多普勒血流仪评价鹿茸对于动脉硬化大鼠的影响

摘  要:目的利用激光多普勒血流仪评价鹿茸对于动脉硬化大鼠的疗效。方法肢体缺血手术、高脂饲料喂养制作大鼠下肢动脉硬化闭塞症模型。分别在给药后0、7、14、28d对各组大鼠进行多普勒检测,观察各时期大鼠血流灌注恢复程度;同时进行体温的监测。结果各给药组各时期下肢温度及LDPI指数均有不同程度的升高(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义,其中同时期对比鹿茸高剂量组升高最为显著,其次为鹿茸中剂量组,再次为鹿茸低剂量组,其之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据激光多普勒血流仪显示鹿茸促进了动脉硬化大鼠的血流恢复,且与给药浓度具有一定相关性。Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of velvet antler on arteriosclerosis rats by using laser Doppler blood flow meter.Methods:Limb ischemia surgery and high-fat feed were used to make a rat model of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Doppler detection was performed on the rats in each group at the 0,7th,14th and 28th day after the administration to observe the recovery degree of the blood perfusion of the rats in each period and at the same time,the body temperature was monitored.Results:The lower extremity temperature and LDPI index increased to different degrees in each period of each administration group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.The increase was the most significant in the high-dose velvet antler group during the same period,followed by the middle-dose velvet antler group and again by the low-dose velvet antler group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the display of the laser Doppler blood flow meter,the velvet antler can promote the recovery of blood flow in arteriosclerotic rats,and is related to the concentration of administration.
