摘 要:随着精细化工产品发展,大量的气雾漆、气雾化妆品越来越多深入我们生活的同时也产生了许多废弃气雾罐,为了降低废弃气雾罐回收成本和保护环境,设计气雾罐废气回收装置的机械结构:主要包括气雾罐夹紧、刺穿及废气回收装置三部分的设计。实现机械对气雾罐容器进行刺穿,集中回收气雾罐内的化学物质,并净化气体,避免污染环境;该装置结构简单、实用、成本低廉,具有较广泛的应用价值。With the development of fine chemical products,a large number of aerosol paints and aerosol cosmetics are becoming more and more deeply embedded in our lives,and many waste aerosol cans have also been produced.In order to reduce the cost of recycling waste aerosol cans and protect the environment,the mechanical structure of the aerosol can waste recycling device is designed.It mainly includes aerosol can clamping design,aerosol can piercing design and waste recovery device design.The device realizes mechanical piercing of the aerosol can container,centralized recovery of chemical substances in the aerosol can,and purification of the gas to avoid environmental pollution.It has the advantages of simple structure,practicality,low cost,and wide application value.
