摘　　要：介绍了石油钻采行业绞车传动轴总成和并车箱上传动轴总成等需要横装传动轴总成的位置可调式绞车传动轴总成装配支架设计。该支架设计采用一次装夹横装技术,解决了横装传动轴总成装配需要人员多、安全隐患多、装配质量差、效率低等问题。This paper introduces the design of assembly bracket of the transmission shaft assembly of winch and the transmission shaft assembly of the parallel box in oil drilling and mining industry,which needs to be horizontal transmission shaft assembly.The support adopts the technology of one-time clamping and horizontal assembly,which solves the problems of more personnel,more security risks,poor assembly quality and low efficiency in the assembly of the horizontal transmission shaft assembly.
