摘 要:房地产策划和建筑设计的关系非常密切,前期策划阶段决定了建筑设计方案的整体走向,也是一个建筑设计方案能否实现的关键。作为一名建筑系学生和曾经的建筑设计从业者,希望通过论文的撰写,从建筑设计者的角度初步探讨房地产策划和建筑设计之间的关系和相互影响,强调房地产策划对于建筑设计者的重要性,初步讨论在建筑设计过程中如何进行房地产策划与设计工作的衔接,以及目前国内普遍存在的建筑设计与前期策划脱节的问题和解决方法。建筑设计者应该意识到房地产策划是建筑创作的根本和灵魂,是建筑师工作中必不可少的一部分,建筑设计者应该有策划的基本知识和意识。The relationship between real estate planning and architectural design is very close.The preliminary planning stage determines the overall trend of the architectural design plan,and it is also the key to the realization of an architectural design plan.As an architecture student and a former architectural design practitioner,through the writing of the thesis,the authors hope to discuss the relationship and mutual influence between real estate planning and architectural design from the perspective of architects,emphasize the importance of real estate planning to architecture designer,discuss initially how to connect real estate planning and design work in the architectural design process,as well as the current widespread domestic dissociation problems and solutions between architectural design and preliminary planning.Architectural designers should realize that real estate planning is the foundation and soul of architectural design,and an indispensable part of the architect’s work.Architectural designers should have basic knowledge and awareness of planning.
