摘 要:目的:探究血清TIMP-1、YKL-40及IL-33与支气管哮喘严重程度的关系。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月本院的80例支气管哮喘患者为观察组,同时期的80名健康同龄者为对照组。检测并比较两组的血清TIMP-1、YKL-40及IL-33,比较观察组中不同严重程度及复发情况者的检测结果,采用Spearman秩相关分析及Pearson相关性分析血清TIMP-1、YKL-40、IL-33与支气管哮喘严重程度及复发情况的关系。结果:观察组的血清TIMP-1、YKL-40及IL-33均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中不同严重程度者的血清TIMP-1、YKL-40及IL-33比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);严重程度较重者的血清TIMP-1、YKL-40及IL-33均显著高于较轻者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中复发者的血清TIMP-1、YKL-40及IL-33均显著高于未复发者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,血清TIMP-1、YKL-40及IL-33与支气管哮喘严重程度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,血清TIMP-1、YKL-40及IL-33与支气管哮喘复发均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘患者的血清TIMP-1、YKL-40及IL-33表达显著异常,且与疾病严重程度密切相关,在支气管哮喘患者中的检测价值较高。Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum TIMP-1,YKL-40 and IL-33 and the severity of patients with bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 80 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy peers during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum TIMP-1,YKL-40 and IL-33 were detected and compared between the two groups,the test results of patients with different severity and recurrence in the observation group were compared.Spearman rank correlation analysis and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the relationship between serum TIMP-1,YKL-40 and IL-33 and the severity and recurrence of bronchial asthma.Result:The serum TIMP-1,YKL-40 and IL-33 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of serum TIMP-1,YKL-40 and IL-33 in observation group with different degrees of severity,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum TIMP-1,YKL-40 and IL-33 in severe patients were significantly higher than those in mild patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum TIMP-1,YKL-40 and IL-33 of recurrence patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of non-recurrence patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that serum TIMP-1,YKL-40 and IL-33 were positively correlated with the severity of bronchial asthma(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum TIMP-1,YKL-40 and IL-33 were positively correlated with bronchial asthma recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of TIMP-1,YKL-40 and IL-33 in patients with bronchial asthma are significantly abnormal,which are closely related to the severity of the disease,therefore,the detection value in patients with bronchial asthma is higher.
