揿针穴位埋针联合二甲双胍治疗单纯性肥胖的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察揿针穴位埋针联合二甲双胍治疗单纯性肥胖的临床效果。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年12月本院50例单纯性肥胖症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组25例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,治疗组给予揿针穴位埋针联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗前后的BMI、腰围、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、HbA1c及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组BMI、腰围、TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG、HbA1c比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BMI、腰围、TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG、HbA1c均低于治疗前,且治疗组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为12%高于对照组的0,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:揿针穴位埋针联合二甲双胍治疗单纯性肥胖效果较好,可有效降低患者体质量,改善血脂和血糖,值得适于临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint embedding intradermal needle combined with Metformin in the treatment of simple obesity.Method:A total of 50 patients with simple obesity in our hospital from October 2017 to December 2019 were selected,and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metformin and the treatment group was treated with acupoint embedding intradermal needle combined with Metformin.BMI,waist circumference,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG),HbA1c before and after treatment were compared between two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in BMI,waist circumference,TC,TG,LDL-C,FBG and HbA1c between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,BMI,waist circumference,TC,TG,LDL-C,FBG and HbA1c of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of treatment group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was 12%,higher than 0 of control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint embedding intradermal needle combined with Metformin in the treatment of simple obesity has a good effect,can effectively reduce the body mass of patients,improve blood lipid and blood glucose,worthy of clinical promotion.
