摘　　要：目的探讨光动力疗法对中重度痤疮患者体内Toll样受体及皮脂腺分泌的影响。方法收集18例中重度痤疮患者行光动力治疗,临床有效性通过对治疗前后痤疮皮损的严重程度、皮脂腺分泌进行评估。在第一次治疗前与最后一次治疗后行皮损病理取材,通过免疫组织化学来观察Toll样受体2(Toll-like receptor 2,TLR2)、Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)和Fas的表达情况。结果炎症性皮损治疗后显著减少(P<0.01),皮脂油脂分泌在治疗后第2周显著减少(P<0.05)。治疗后TLR2与TLR4表达均明显减少。结论光动力疗法对中重度痤疮的作用可能与TLR2和TLR4的表达减少有关。Objective To investigate the effects of photodynamic therapy on the expression of toll-like receptors and secretion of sebum in patients with moderate to severe acne.Methods Eighteen patients with moderate to severe acne were treatment with photodynamic.THE severity of acne lesions and Sebum secretion was assessed before and after treatment.toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)and toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and fas expression were detceted by immunohistochemistry.Results There was a significant reduction in the number of inflammatory acne lesions after photodynamic therapy(P<0.01).Sebum secretion decreased significantly in the second week after the first treatment(P<0.05).The expression of TLR2 and TLR4 decreased significantly.Conclusion Photodynamic therapy down-regulation the expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.
