环孢素治疗成人特应性皮炎30例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价环孢素治疗成人特应性皮炎的疗效及安全性,并分析血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二酫(MDA)值与疗效的相关性。方法30例成人特应性皮炎患者,根据其SCORAD评分评估临床疗效,并与治疗前及治疗后4周血清中SOD、MDA的水平进行相关性分析。结果特应性皮炎患者口服环孢素治疗后,SCORAD评分明显下降,治疗前血清中SOD较正常对照组下降,MDA较正常对照组升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。特应性皮炎患者治疗前后SOD、MDA差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SOD值与SCORAD评分呈负相关,MDA值与SCORAD评分呈正相关。结论环孢素治疗特应性皮炎疗效确切,且不良反应发生率低,SOD、MDA在特应性皮炎发生发展中发挥一定的作用,且与病情严重程度相关。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cyclosporine in the treatment of adult atopic dermatitis,and to analyze the correlation between the serum SOD and MDA levels with the efficacy.Methods Thirty patients with adult atopic dermatitis were evaluated by SCORAD scores.The correlation between SCORAD scores and the levels of SOD and MDA in serum was analyzed before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results Before treatment,the expression of SOD was lower than that in control group,MDA was higher than that in control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The expressions of SOD and MDA before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between SOD and SCORAD,and a positive correlation between MDA and SCORAD.Conclusion Cyclosporine is effective and safety in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.SOD and MDA play a certain role in the development of atopic dermatitis,and they are related to the severity of the disease.
