摘　　要：病理性瘢痕的防治一直是皮肤外科的研究热点,A型肉毒毒素目前已广泛应用于医疗美容,并逐步应用于皮肤科的疾病治疗领域。近年来发现A型肉毒毒素可以预防与治疗病理性瘢痕,对其机制也进行了初步探讨。现将A型肉毒毒素防治病理性瘢痕的作用机制及临床应用进展进行综述。The prevention and treatment of pathological scars is a hot topic in dermatosurgery.Botulinum toxin type A has been widely used in the medical cosmetic industry,and is gradually applied in the field of disease treatment in dermatology.In recent years,it has been found that botulinum toxin type A can prevent and treat pathological scars.And some of its mechanisms have been discovered.This article reviews the mechanisms and clinical application of botulinum toxin type A in the prevention and treatment of pathological scars.
