摘  要:采用生物滴滤工艺对某树脂制造厂污水站产生的VOCs废气进行现场处理。将活性污泥和1,2-二氯乙烷降解菌Starkeya sp.T2接种至中试规模的生物滴滤塔中,以处理该厂污水站产生的含甲缩醛(DMM)和1,2-二氯乙烷(1,2-DCA)混合废气。在生物滴滤塔运行40 d后,系统仍能稳定运行,甲缩醛和1,2-二氯乙烷的去除率分别达到77%和82%以上。随着进气负荷不断增加,甲缩醛和1,2-二氯乙烷的去除负荷最大分别可达9.0和6.8 g·(m^(3)·h)^(-1),表明工艺对甲缩醛和1,2-二氯乙烷去除效果较好。通过对反应器内氯离子浓度的监测发现,循环液中氯离子浓度的变化总体呈上升趋势,侧面说明了工艺对1,2-二氯乙烷具有良好的降解效果。试验前期和末期的压力损失p_(1)、p_(2)与气体流速v均存在线性关系,且试验末期的压力损失均大于前期。由高通量测序结果得出,在甲缩醛和1,2-二氯乙烷去除中占主导地位的是分枝杆菌属和生丝微菌属。A bio-trickling process was used to conduct pilot-scale treatment of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in a synthetic resin-producing plant.A pilot-scale biotrickling filter(BTF)inoculated with acclimated sludge and dimethoxymethane-degrading bacteria Starkeya sp.T2 was established to treat waste gas containing dimethoxymethane(DMM)and dichloroethane(1,2-DCA).The BTF achieved a stable state that resulted in 77% and 82% of removal of DMM and 1,2-DCA respectively after 40 days.With the increasing load of waste gas,the elimination capacity of DMM and 1,2-DCA can reach 9.0 g·(m^(3)·h)^(-1) and 6.8 g·(m^(3)·h)^(-1),respectively.The monitoring data showed that the concentration of chloride ion in BTF was gradually increased,which suggested the degradation efficiency of 1,2-DCA.We found a linear relationship between the pressure drop p_(1)(early stage),p_(2)(late stage)and the velocity of airflow v,and the pressure loss at the end of the test was greater than that at the early stage.Results of high-throughput sequencing showed that Mycobacterium and Hyphomicrobium were dominant in the removal of DMM and 1,2-DCA.
